1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Information you give us: name, delivery address, billing address, email address, telephone number, and the contents of any message you send us.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider on its own systems. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, a transaction reference, the last four digits of the card where one was used, and the billing details needed to fulfil your order. We never see or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the store. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• To process, pack, dispatch and deliver your order.
• To send order confirmations, dispatch notifications and tracking updates.
• To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.

7. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law, generally seven years. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form. Data no longer needed for any of these purposes is deleted.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email support@gutela.com. We will respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Age

Orders may only be placed by people aged 18 or over, as set out in our Terms of Service. This store is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

The store runs over an encrypted SSL connection and access to customer data is limited to those who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
