You have 30 days from the day it arrives. Email us before you post anything back — we reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address, and you then have 14 days to send it. Items need to be unused and in the packaging they came in. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong item in the box. We do not run exchanges — return it and reorder, which is quicker anyway.

After that it is your bank's timetable — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money appears. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we sort it without you paying postage.

Carriers normally take 1–3 business days to log the first scan, so a blank result immediately after dispatch is expected. If nothing has moved for 7 business days, email us and we will chase it.
