We do not run exchanges — return it and reorder, which is quicker anyway.

After that it is your bank's timetable — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money appears. Everything ships tracked. A number reaches you by email the moment your parcel leaves us, and you can check it on our tracking page using that number and the email address you ordered with. Carriers normally take 1–3 business days to log the first scan, so a blank result immediately after dispatch is expected. If nothing has moved for 7 business days, email us and we will chase it.
