Those are the windows our carriers actually meet rather than promises, and shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend. We ship within the United States only.

You have 30 days from the day it arrives. Email us before you post anything back — we reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address, and you then have 14 days to send it.
