Items need to be unused and in the packaging they came in. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong item in the box. We do not run exchanges — return it and reorder, which is quicker anyway.

After that it is your bank's timetable — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money appears.
